Is this not beautiful??? I am still working on learning WordPress again because I forgot all kinds of things. But starting this weekend, I will start posts to the blog again on a regular basis. Give me a few days to play with Desire and get it ready and then there will be all kinds of things. Including a big contest!
I appreciate all the hard work the folks at Wax Creative did and the help I had from Brandy and the wonderful beta testers. A year ago, I contacted Wax and talked to them about doing a website. Working with Wax is no small undertaking. They build their sites from the code on up. It makes it a unique look, plus it easier to adapt your website to changes. I have been in LURV with Wax from early on, but because building a site can be a long and time consuming process, it costs just a little more than others. I wanted to make sure I had the money to pay for the changes. Another thing, it was imperative that have open communication with my designers and they at least took my questions and concerns seriously. This had been a problem in the past, but with Wax, they treated me with respect. The result of their vision and hard work was definitely worth it to me.
I am still learning things and we have a few loose ends to tie up, but I cannot express how happy I am by this transformation. Let me know what you think;)

Gorgeous, Mel! I love Wax Creative sites. Can’t afford one, but they are amazing. My site just underwent an overhaul too. I’m very happy with it. Getting a new site is like opening presents on Christmas morning! Exciting.

I have to say, this is one of my favorite designs we’ve ever done, and, really, one of my favorite author sites I’ve ever seen. Your wonderful content is a whole jar of cherries on top.
