When I started out on my own with Harmless World books, the first one had to be a suspense. I had dabbled, but they had been very light suspense. In the first book, Rough Submission, I stepped into deeper mysteries.
The title comes from everyone’s favorite club in the Harmless World Rough ‘n Ready. Most of the characters have a deep connection to the club, with scenes at the club.
It also marks the first time I wrote a book set on Hawai’i(The Big Island). There are FBI Agents, the first menage romance, and a cowboy!
