Guest Post: Eden Bradley’s Sanctuary is HERE

Hey, everyone! Today, I have a treat for you. Eden Bradley has a new release and she is hosting a rafflecopter giveaway!

First, thanks so much to the fab Melissa Schroeder for having me here! I know you like the dirty stuff almost as much as I do, so I hope you—and your readers!—will enjoy my latest release! SANCTUARY is actually a re-release. It was previously self-published, but I’ve really wanted to re-establish myself at Samhain Publishing, so I turned the book over to my amazing editor there, and it went through a re-write with her—and it’s bigger and badder than ever!

This book is very special to me because it’s based on a real-life experience (I’m very much ‘out’ when it comes to my involvement in BDSM) and my hero Shaye is one of the guys who got away. I’ve had two-is that too many…? But Shaye…he is my dream Dom. So stunningly gorgeous it’s simultaneously difficult to look at him and impossible to look away. So utterly commanding he can bring out the submissive side in any woman. So confident it borders on cocky, except that it’s tempered by his ability to be sweet and gentle when you need it most. *wistful sigh* I’ve recently moved back to the San Francisco Bay Area and I’m a single girl—maybe I need to go look for him? What do you all think?

But back to the book! Let’s take a little peek at SANCTUARY.

She trusts him with her body…but can he trust himself with her heart?

San Francisco Doms, Book 1

Devin Delaney has never described herself as kinky, despite a rich fantasy life filled with submission scenarios—until her best friend takes her to the Ring, a San Francisco BDSM club, and her senses hum with awakened urges.

One pro Dom in particular works scenes that leave her breathless, and when he unexpectedly invites her on a journey to the darker side of sex—right then, right there—she sinks readily into the sting of addictive desire.

Shaye’s past makes him wary of getting involved with any woman, but when Devin willingly gives herself over to him, something inside him opens up. And he finds himself breaking his own rules to keep her in his arms all night.

When Shaye takes Devin to an exclusive club named Sanctuary, leading her deeper into the BDSM world, Devin’s kinkiest fantasies—and emotions—shift into overdrive. The experience brings them both to the edge of an inner darkness that could seal their bond—or permanently tear it apart.

This book has been previously published and has been revised from its original release.

Product Warnings

An irresistible alpha Dom who’s into flogging, spanking, pinching, hair pulling, and orgasm denial before driving his sub to orgasm after orgasm after orgasm. Contains extreme kink. You might want to bring a blindfold…and pack an extra pair of panties.

EXCERPT (WARNING! Dirty stuff ahead!)

“I appreciate you coming on such short notice,” he said.

“Well, you asked me to come. I thought…”

“What did you think?” he asked as he took her coat.

“That I…should.”

He hung her coat carefully in the foyer closet then turned to face her. He looked beautiful and as wicked as ever in the low lighting coming from the living room.

He took her hand once more and pulled her in close enough that she could feel the hard planes of his body pressed against her breasts. She wanted to groan aloud but bit it back.

He said quietly, so that she could feel his breath against her cheek, “We have no contract, Devin. You don’t have to do anything you don’t want to do. We’ve negotiated some of your limits, but you never have to be here if you don’t want to.”

“Oh, I want to be here. I was just trying to tell you that I feel when you ask something of me, it becomes…exactly what I want.”

He surged against her, his arms going around her and holding her close.

“Ah, you are perfect, my girl.”

She smiled, a shiver running through her. At the small term of endearment. At knowing she’d pleased him.

“I’m going to strip you down now,” he whispered to her. “I’m going to spank you with a small leather strap until your gorgeous ass is pink, until you can’t take anymore. And then I’m going to fuck you.”

“Oh yes…” she breathed, not entirely certain she’d actually said the words aloud until she heard his small, pleased chuckle.

In a flash he’d turned her around and had her naked, his own shirtless body pressing up behind her.

“Shaye, I—”

“Shh, now. Just follow my lead.”

Her head was spinning, sinking down and down, into that floating place where there was nothing but pleasure, despite the pain he might give her. She wanted it. Needed it.

She let him walk her into the living room, where he bent her over the end of the sofa.

“Rest your elbows on the arm of the couch to steady yourself,” he instructed. “Yes, good. You have the most delectable ass I’ve ever seen.”

He smacked her once, hard, making her jump, making her laugh.

“Oh, do you think that’s funny?”

He smacked her again and another giggle came out of her.

“Shaye, I… It’s just nerves or something.”

“Yes, I know. I’m not worried. I have my ways. Head down now, little Devin, and stay here quietly until I get back. Quiet and imagining what I might do to you in a few minutes.”

“Shh, quiet,” he said, a harder edge to his voice this time that made her limbs go warm, her mind buzzing.

She heard him walk away, the sweep of his bare feet. He’d left her shoes on, and she shifted from one foot to the other, heard the small squeak they made on the wood floors and tried to still herself. There was a momentary struggle to keep still, to do as he said. But she reminded herself that he had asked this of her—demanded it—and that was all it took for her body to calm of its own accord in a way that was almost meditative.

She heard him step into the room and stop behind her, his hand resting at the small of her back, steadying her. Making her feel owned somehow.

“You look so naked bent over like this,” he murmured. “I can see the lovely seam of your pussy. Makes me want to touch you there. Like this.”

His fingertips stroked the sensitive flesh between her thighs and she went wet instantly.

“Spread a little for me. Yes, good.”

She felt wide open. Wanton. She loved it.

He grasped one hip in his hand, pressed up against her, his erection against her buttock.

God, he was going to fuck her tonight. She could hardly wait. Her sex clenched at the thought.

His fingers found her wet slit once more, and he pushed one inside.

“Ah, God…”

  1. The one that got away was my love in San Francisco. Finances separated us and then he had a fatal heart attack before we could get back together. So he remains a fantasy. Probably for the best.

  2. It would be my first love…things were going well but life just happened. We were friends first so we still remained friends after breaking up

    1. I got “married” in the schoolyard when I was 8 years old. I’ve always wondered what happened to my “husband”.

  3. I remember my first crush… I was in the 6th grade and he sat right across from me… he never knew I really liked him… never saw him again… he went to different schools.

  4. Isn´t the first one standard for all to remember with a wistful sigh? I have two, my first boyfriend and my second. Both crashed and burned, and I can remember how much you felt back then =) when everything was new.. I´m another person by now, so I don´t think it would work at this time of my life, but remembering is sweet <3
Can´t wait to read this, =) thanks for the giveaway & Happy Tuesday!

  5. It’s really a good thing i didn’t end up with my first few boyfriends-I had terrible taste in men! I’m much more selective now…which is maybe why I’m still single? lol! But a girl’s gotta hope!

  6. My first boyfriends and serious relationship were sleeve bags. I have awful taste, guess that’s why I’m still single. But I have a ton of imaginary boyfriends from all the wonderful books my favorite authors write. I’ve been waiting on Shaye’s story.
