Well, of course I was badmouthing online stores about how long it took them to put up books and Barnes and Noble put of Leo almost immediately, lol. So, it is now up for sale. Apple and Kindle I am still waiting on. This gives you over a week to take advantage of that .99 price. While you are at it, buy a copy or two for a friend as a gift!
