As many of you know, I will slowly get my rights back on a lot of my work. I have enjoyed working with my publishers, but with self-publishing working the way it is, I can offer older books at lower prices and actually make more money on each sale. A win for me and for readers. I have a few that haven’t been out in a few years, so it will be fun to slowly release them and have people rediscover some of my first releases. The prices will range from .99-3.99 depending on the size of the books.
As of January 1st, I will have the rights to all my Whiskey Creek Press books back. It was bittersweet asking for them because WCP offered me my first contract. We were still living in Hawaii at the time. Now, almost 9 years later, I am going to be rereleasing them. I am not going to change much about them. I will run through them and find any typos that have been missed, things like that. So, the story line will not be changing.
And, to do the new covers, I asked the original cover artist SCOTT CARPENTER for The Hired Hand and the original Hands on Training book to redo the covers. They are, of course, GORGEOUS!
