Amazon screw up

Hey, everyone. I apologize that there was some kind of glitch on Amazon and they never updated my book from the preorder copy. I am so sorry!!! This happens from time to time even when an author uploads their book well ahead of the deadline. I have reloaded it and contacted Amazon. I will update as soon as I hear it is fixed. Again, many apologies!
