I mention this Ed Sheeran song before. It seems he influenced a lot of my writing for this book. This song is so Meghan. She is a woman who has always thought her self-worth in terms of what she could do for other people. In the past, she has only given her heart freely once. That ended in a big mess and the young Meg, barely 20, was left to pick up the pieces.
So, when she starts falling for Logan, she wants him so badly, but outwardly, she portrays herself as a hardened grifter. This is her inner voice and while she can’t use her siren song on Logan, he hears this one.
